Slave: Report sane failure message for non-bound SSH commands When a command is not bound on slaves, non meaningful not bound message is currently reported. Improve the situation by binding generic SSH command that reports "not supported in slave mode" message. Change-Id: Ia25012486b33f98650018c0fa2d1a55eaa7a5cee
