Rewrite the keyboard event handlers to use new GlobalKey module We now can show a screen describing the keyboard shortcuts, but we also have bindings that work everywhere, including the most difficult WebKit based browsers. Signed-off-by: Shawn O. Pearce <sop@google.com>
