Update git submodules

* Update plugins/replication from branch 'master'
  to 0b163f9efd55a9ac10132923ef3e26666f7dfbaa
  - Remove unused method ReplicationFileBasedConfig.getCfgPath
    
    The `ReplicationFileBasedConfig.getCfgPath()` is not longer used in the
    plugin, therefore it can be safely removed.
