InlineEdit: Allow to jump to edit screen at specific line Offer "Edit" button in comment box to address the comment in browser. Remember cursor location in SBS2 and restore it in edit screen. Change-Id: I3e4326d8c2077e0b2429de17adf2144afa9f9f18
