gerrit-verifier: Echo 'Running buildifier check...' to the console There is already a similar log when running the google-code-format check. Having one for buildifier makes it consistent. Also log the buildifier version to the console, to make it easier to see if something has gone wrong (i.e. an unexpected version is used). Change-Id: I014e67d8cf1228bcb88d3724ee2fcd47504d5de6
