Include Jenkins version as version tag to image name The name of the master docker image did not include the version of Jenkins running in the container provided by it. Using a version tag allows to provide multiple versions of the image with different Jenkins versions in the docker registry. Change-Id: I15ac2626afeef469e9d8160a0983cc65a2036d5a
