Manage views with Jenkins Jobs Builder Views were configured in the Jenkin's config.xml provided to the Jenkins master container. Jenkins Job Builder provides the functionality to create views dynamically. This change adds the view definitions to the Jenkins Job Builder yaml-files and removes the respective configuration from the config.xml. Change-Id: I9c602dec936ff350f0ad5c2530428635c729c3a7
