Build different Debian variants Because of the need of Java 7 for Gerrit < 2.14 we need to go back for a while to v8, keeping an eye on v9 anyway. Once the support for v2.11 and v2.12 will be finally over we can just avoid referring to Debian v8 altogether. This is a fundamental step to get rid of the old Ubuntu image altogether.
