Test only PolyGerrit if Java sources are untouched When a change contains only modifications to the PolyGerrit GUI we do not need to go through the full regression suite with default and NoteDB modes. By performing *ONLY* the PolyGerrit GUI tests we make the front-end team happy and avoid overloading the CI with useless repetitive tests. Change-Id: I8c8a5e359b8121d65d31bb104205c121ecffee95
