Cross compile plugins for Gerrit v3.0 Build plugins on their master branch targeting Gerrit v3.0. The list of plugins is limited to the ones that were already compatible with multiple versions of Gerrit at the same time. Change-Id: I9f441aadda22f9f54725f016496c7f3cdbecad70
