Use bazelisk on Docker build slave agents Use the new bazelisk utility that allows to automatically switch the bazel version on the Gerrit builds. Allow an easier transition between bazel releases for the different branches of Gerrit, making the warm-up also easier to run and more up-to-date with the latest and greatest of the bazel version used.
