Do not check the mergeable flag in ChangeInfo Since the merge of I28e90e17ab the change query does not return anymore the 'mergeable' in the ChangeInfo of the reponse payload. Build the change anyway, because the mergeable status is not known: if the change isn't mergeable, it will fail the build anyway. Change-Id: I04fe706863b1d17303ef2b55561be650712fbea8
