Remove eslint code-style checks for PolyGerrit v2.16/3.0/3.1 The eslint checks have been failing for quite a long time on the stable branches from v2.16 to v3.1 but are still successful on the latest maintained branches for v3.2 and v3.3. Remove the checks for the older branches that aren't in development anymore. Also the template tests for //polygerrit-ui/app:all are not successful anymore for the older branches and it would not make sense to rework the older stable branches' code to make them work. This project uses Jenkins Jobs Builder [1] to generate jobs from yaml descriptor files.
To add new jobs reuse existing templates, defaults etc. as much as possible. E.g. adding a job to build an additional branch of a project may be as easy as adding the name of the branch to an existing project.
To ensure well readable yaml-files, use yamllint [2] to lint the yaml-files. Yamllint can be downloaded using Python Pip:
pip3 install yamllint
To run the linter, execute this command from the project's root directory:
yamllint -c yamllint-config.yaml jenkins/**/*.yaml
Yamllint will not fix detected issues itself.
