always-auth: Configure url.insteadof rewrite for /a/ The /a/ directory prefix can be used on googlesource.com to force user authentication, even if Git didn't really want to authenticate with the server. Accept a host name and enter the url.insteadof rule into ~/.gitconfig for the caller.
