Redirect "Using buckd." to standard error.

Summary: Redirect buckd indicator to stderr to make stdout pure.
This is important because other process may parse the stdout of Buck
to get information, for example `buck targets --json`.

Test Plan:
Run `buckd`, and run `buck -V > /dev/null`. "Using buckd." should be still there.
