Added extra failure data (message, stacktrace) when writing out XML.

Summary: The import issues are fixed.

Test Plan:
1. Run buck test --xml on a test suite that has failures
2. Check the XML file that was written to.
3. The file should have <testresult>, <message>, and <stacktrace> tags
4. Ensure that the unit test passes as well.

cd buck
ant
./bin/buck --help
