Improve temp_files example in buckconfig documentation.

Summary: Add emacs temp file pattern and improve vim swap file pattern.

Test Plan: Documentation only change.

Installation

To build Buck, run the following:

git clone git@github.com:facebook/buck.git
cd buck
ant
./bin/buck --help
