  "message": "ContentTypeUtil: Add singleton scope\n\nBefore this change, migrating repositories like [1], which has a lot of\nrefs, to Gerrit caused a timeout and the push wasn\u0027t successful. Classes\ninjecting ContentTypeUtil, InvalidLineEndingValidator,\nContentTypeValidator and BlockedKeywordValidator  were trying to\nintialize the ContentTypeValidator class a lot of time causing an\ninfinite loop.
