Merge branch 'stable-2.14' into stable-2.15 * stable-2.14: Align Eclipse compiler settings with core Gerrit's Add standalone bazel build Remove .buckconfig Also adjust the bazlets revision in WORKSPACE so that the standalone build uses the 2.15.7 API.
