Make number of refs printed to replication log configurable The number of refs that are logged into the replication log, when executing a replication push, was hardcoded. This change adds a configuration option that allows to set the number of refs listed in the logs of a replication push. Change-Id: I9bdb6ddaa7d70df137df0cb95d65b1a86b335db7
