  "message": "ProjectRepairer: Refactor to extract the repository lookup\n\ncopyPackTo() validates the destination URI and opens the repository to\nlocate it on disk before copying anything, neither of which has to do\nwith packs.\n\nMove both into objectsDir(), which reports the repository\u0027s objects\ndirectory, or nothing if the project cannot be repaired at that\ndestination.
