Align eclipse project generation w/ high-availability Before this change, there used to be test build failures only appearing after running the eclipse project generation script. Aligh that script with the one from the high-availability plugin. Add the eclipse build generated files to .gitignore. Change-Id: Id6d62be0ec447b9d7fb29310f045ab7d8002a97c
