Replace certificates with tokens in its-phabricator Certificates are deprecated and confusing behaviour. Removes use of conduit.connect as that was for if you used a certificate and was deprecated. Though it's super easy to change to tokens. You just need to get your token at /conduit/login/. Change-Id: I94972341df10cd2b69c905867d908323fde6117c
