Add debug log statement with stacktrace on invalid integer values This change is primarily to make Sonarqube happy, not logging or passing forward an exception message and stack trace is flagged as an issue. This can also be useful to debug an invalid configuration. Change-Id: I381c89bb68ccca459e595c0d9810b9b029a76b81
