  "message": "Load Gitiles web assets from source build\n\nThe Gerrit plugin currently extracts static assets from the Gitiles\nservlet Maven artifact. Gerrit can only source-build Gitiles core from a\nmodules/gitiles submodule if the plugin reads those assets from Gitiles\u0027\nsource-built webassets target instead.\n\nSwitch the resource genrule to\n@gitiles//resources/com/google/gitiles:webassets and preserve the final\ncom/google/gitiles/+static layout expected by the plugin.
