  "message": "Pass --no-filter and --no-tags in git download commands\n\nIn partial clone checkouts (e.g. --filter\u003dblob:none or blob:limit\u003d10k),\nfetching a change ref without explicit filter overrides can omit blobs\nfor the incoming change if the remote matches a configured promisor\nremote. Subsequent checkout, cherry-pick, or reset operations then\ntrigger on-demand unadvertised object fetches (POST /git-upload-pack\nwith \u0027want \u003cblob_sha\u003e\u0027), which can cause expensive server-side\nreachability walks and timeouts.
