TransientCodeOwnerConfigCache: Log warning if the limit has been reached We want to know when the cache limit is reached so that we address the issue (e.g. reduce number of owners file in the project). This plugin provides support for defining code owners for files in a repository.
If the code-owners plugin is enabled, changes can only be submitted if all touched files are covered by approvals from code owners.
