Merge changes Ie36fd9ba,I60497f11,Ibf140657,I263f395f,I94123c3e * changes: Make the config package a subpacke of the backend package Move classes that are shared between API and impl into a common package Move API impl classes into a separate package Move JGitPath into a seperate package Move module classes into a seperate package
This plugin provides support for defining code owners for files in a repository.
If the code-owners plugin is enabled, changes can only be submitted if all touched files are covered by approvals from code owners.
