Force ChatGPT to conduct codebase lookups

The prompt has been revised to require ChatGPT to look up the codebase
provided rather than speculate about missing code from the patch. This
change is based on the principle that the entire codebase is provided;
thus, if something is missing, it is assumed not to exist elsewhere.
