  "message": "Restore WORKSPACE and Bazel 7.6.1\n\nThe current master branch is not buildable with Gerrit Code Review\nbecause of the different versions of Bazel and the use of bzlmods\ninstead of WORKSPACE.\n\nThe support for Bazel was introduced for allowing to build JGit from\nsource together with the Gerrit Code Review build; having two different\ndependencies models and versions of Bazel would diverge from its\noriginal goal.\n\nAlso re-apply the following dependencies updates:\n- ff407588c Update jetty to 12.0.23\n- efe2e4d44 Update bytebuddy to 1.17.6\n- 5606070e1 Update bouncycastle to 1.81\n- f5071dbfb Update mockito to 5.18.0\n- 30b9c446f Update com.google.code.gson:gson to 2.13.1\n\nNOTE: This change *should be reverted* once Gerrit Code Review\ndependencies are also migrated to bzlmod and the version is bumped to\nBazel 8.\n\nChange-Id: I587d615137b80d242135c581e75d512a15c99917\n",
