  "message": "Bazel: Disable SecurityManagerMissingPermissionsTest test\n\nIn Id5376f09f0d a test with dependency on log4j library was added, but\nthe library was missed to be added to the Bazel build tool chain.\n\nGiven that Bazel test runner doesn\u0027t suport custom security manager the\ntest wouldn\u0027t pass even if the missing dependency would be added.
