  "message": "Bazel: Make JGit non-stamped by default\n\nKeep the normal //org.eclipse.jgit:jgit target free of workspace status\nstamping. Downstream projects such as Gerrit and Gitiles depend on this\ntarget for ordinary compilation and tests, and should not need to\nrecompile JGit whenever volatile workspace status changes.\n\nAdd a separate //org.eclipse.jgit:jgit-stamped target for the jar that\ncontains the Implementation-Version manifest entry. Packaging rules that\nneed this version in their final archive can depend on that target\ndirectly, while normal Java targets continue to use the stable,\nnon-stamped JGit library.\n\nKeep jgit_non_stamped as a compatibility alias for existing callers.\n\nChange-Id: I2970ec0141f54476137f811403ea1e8413319dd1\n",
