Split "Get in touch" into separate "Support" and "Social Media" headings

- Create separate sections for support and social media.

- Replace tabular format with paragraphs.

- For IRC, remove the link to freenode and only link to the channel
  log. IRC-savvy users will be using their own client anyway.
