"message": "Bazel: Simplify java 11 toolchain definition\n\nPer default the attributes of default_java_toolchain macro is set to\ncorrect values, so that we don\u0027t need to specify them.\n\nMoreover, a new Bazel release could set new values, so that own values\nwould override the default values and thus revert them. This is the case\nwith default_java_toolchain.misc attribute. During Error Prone upgrade,\na new option was added -XepOpt:ReturnValueIgnored:ObjectMethods\u003dtrue,\nbut overridden in our own impementation, see: [1],[2].\n\nThis is a preparation change to update Bazel version to 5.x release.\n\n[1] https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel/issues/14587\n[2] https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel/issues/14589\n\nRelease-Notes: skip\nChange-Id: Ib7986555c3dabacc17db11cc7787b526fb31012b\n",
