  "message": "Change test API: Allow to specify author/committer for new patch sets\n\nExtend the test API for changes so that the author/committer can be\nspecified when creating new patch sets.\n\nThe author/committer can either be specified as a PersonIdent or as a\naccount ID. Using the account ID is more convenient, but requires that\nthe author/committer has a Gerrit account.
