  "message": "Fix npm run eslintfix and enable ESLint caching\n\nRunning eslintfix via Bazel (safe_bazelisk run\n//polygerrit-ui/app:lint_bin) failed with ESLint 9 because passing\nabsolute target paths outside Bazel\u0027s runfiles directory was\nrejected as ignored, and Bazel runfiles are read-only.\n\nUpdate eslintfix and eslintfix:modified to execute eslint directly.\nAlso add --cache to eslintfix and lint script definitions in\npackage.json and add /.eslintcache to .gitignore.\n\nThis reduces execution time for eslintfix and lint from ~25s down\nto ~0.8s (~30x speedup).\n\nRelease-Notes: skip\nChange-Id: I39e9a8f391697e70b5deb1b029ed01ed0a16a371\n",
