  "message": "Fix Revert Submission related changes\n\nThe endpoint \"Get Related Changes\" searches for related changes based on\ngroups predicate, rather than by relation. We need to insert the same\ngroup for related changes when cherry-picking one change on top of\nanother.\n\nThis change unfortunately doesn\u0027t actually solve the full problem of\ncherry-picks, since it\u0027s not always straightforward to infer the group\nof the parent when performing a cherry-pick.\n\nHowever, this change does fix the problem for Revert Submission: We\nensure here that all changes that are cherry-picked in the same project+\nbranch will have the same group.\n\nChange-Id: Iabd8eaae7840aaa810822f0418ee8ad0fa22506b\n",
