  "message": "Provide clearer above / below mapping for context expansion buttons\n\nThe \"above\" / \"below\" text of the current buttons refers to expansion of\ncontent above and below the expander, but when coming from other code\nreview tools with different paradigms can be interpreted as \"expand the\nhidden lines above the content below\", i.e. the opposite of what the\nbutton does. Since both buttons are on the same line, there is no\nvertical association with the area of content they affect, which would\notherwise avoid this confusion.\n\nThis change moves each button into the section of code it will expand\nfor clear mapping.
