  "message": "Remove documentation links from admin page\n\nThe links for Change-Id and Signed-off-by documentation in the\nadmin page are hard-coded to specific versions on the the\ngerrit-documentation.googlesource.com site.\n\nThis causes two problems.  Firstly, they are not links to local\nversions, and secondly it is easy to forget to update them and\nthey become out of date.\n\nRemove the links.
