  "message": "Remove tracking of comments updates in gr-diff-host\n\ngr-diff-host gets comments property set from gr-file-list and\ngr-diff-view which triggers _commentsChanged which creates the\nCommentThread objects.\ngr-diff-host then directly accesses this.$.diff to append the thread\nelement to attach to gr-diff instead of passing this down.\n\ngr-diff-host is currently listening to any updates to the comments\nmade and updating it\u0027s comments property even though it\u0027s not being\nused anywhere currently.\n\ndiff-comments-modified is the only relevant event that tells\ngr-change-view that some change to comment threads has occured\nand gr-change-view then calls _reloadDrafts().\n\ngr-reply-dialog and gr-message send the event comment-refresh which\nis being listened by gr-change-view which calls _reloadDrafts().\n\nChange-Id: I1f65e275cd45d71408a690297901f20ccac9e376\n",
