  "message": "Allow to enable note DB for all integration tests\n\nSo far only a subset of the tests have a configuration where the\nnote DB is enabled.\n\nRemove the configuration from these tests, and instead allow the note\nDB configuration to be enabled for all tests by setting an environment\nvariable, GERRIT_ENABLE_NOTEDB:\n\n GERRIT_ENABLE_NOTEDB\u003dTRUE buck test --no-results-cache\n\nWhen the variable is set and has a value \"TRUE\", \"YES\" or \"Y\" (case\ninsensitive), the note DB is enabled for all integration tests.\n\nNote that when switching between enabled and disabled note DB, the\n--no-results-cache option must be specified, otherwise buck will not\nactually run the tests again with the different setting.\n\nEnabling the note DB exposes a number of failures in tests that were\nnot previously being run with note DB:\n\nFAIL com.google.gerrit.acceptance.api.change.ChangeIT\nFAIL com.google.gerrit.acceptance.api.change.CheckIT\nFAIL com.google.gerrit.acceptance.api.revision.RevisionIT\nFAIL com.google.gerrit.acceptance.git.SubmitOnPushIT\nFAIL com.google.gerrit.acceptance.rest.change.SubmitByCherryPickIT\nFAIL com.google.gerrit.acceptance.rest.change.SubmitByFastForwardIT\nFAIL com.google.gerrit.acceptance.rest.change.SubmitByMergeAlwaysIT\nFAIL com.google.gerrit.acceptance.rest.change.SubmitByMergeIfNecessaryIT\nFAIL com.google.gerrit.acceptance.rest.change.SubmitByRebaseIfNecessaryIT\nFAIL com.google.gerrit.acceptance.server.project.CustomLabelIT\n\nThis commit does not fix any of these failures; they will be addressed\nseparately in followup commits.\n\nChange-Id: I09f513c352ba6b37b415ad804ad0a7c0a5cc3c6d\n",
