  "message": "Bazel: Reduce size of gerrit-acceptance-framework artifact\n\nFrom the beginning gerrit-acceptance-framework artifact shipped the\nsame content as gerrit-plugin-api. Given that provided_deps attribute\nis not available in java_library rules, see issue: [1], there was no\nway to exclude libraries already shipped in gerrit-plugin-api.\n\nHowever with this commit: [2], that is available in recent Bazel\nversions, deploy_env attribute is exposed in java_binary rule. With it\nit is now possible to achieve transitive classpath subtraction to create\ndeployable jars suited for different environments.\n\nUse this feature to subtract transitive dependencies already shipped in\ngerrit-plugin-api.
