  "message": "Polygerrit: Align label abbreviation with GWT UI\n\nPolygerrit abbreviation algorithm deviates from the GWT UI. It removes\nall low case letters and dashes. This produces different abbreviation\nstring. Most prominent example is different computed label shortcut\nfor PolyGerrit-Review label: PGR instead of PR in GWT UI.
