  "message": "Specify order in the related changes tooltip\n\nThe order of parent/child in related changes is not always clear, there\nare other improvements that can be done to improve the interface, but in\nthe meantime we can place this information in the tooltip. Especially\nsince currently the tooltip unhelpfully repeats name of the category.\n\nRelation Chain and Submitted Together use separate sorters\n(RelatedChangesSorter and WalkSorter respectively), but both of them\nsort changes in order from child to parents. ie. similar to gitlog from\ntip of the branch following parent links.
