More improvements in the change info block UI On the project settings icon's tooltip, instead of saying "Go to project", which is a bit ambiguous, say "Go to project settings". Instead of linking the project name to the project's default dashboard, link to a project query. Add a new dashboard icon (from [1]) that links to the dashboard.
