  "message": "Rename methods in PluginConfigFactory to be more explicit\n\nThe methods in PluginConfigFactory that return the plugin\nconfiguration are renamed so that it is more explicit which plugin\nconfiguration is returned (the plugin configuration from\n\u0027gerrit.config\u0027 or from \u0027project.config\u0027).\n\nThis renaming breaks plugins that already use PluginConfigFactory, but\nsince PluginConfigFactory was introduced quite late in the 2.8\ndevelopment phase it should be OK to do the rename before 2.8 is\nreleased.\n\nIn a future change it is planned to add support for plugin\nconfiguration that is stored in own configuration files (e.g.\n\u0027my-plugin.config\u0027). For this it is required to add new accessor\nmethods to PluginConfigFactory.
