  "message": "Provide lean macro to test external plugin dependencies\n\nThe runtime_jars_allowlist_test and runtime_jars_overlap_test\nmacros are basically mandatory for all plugins with external\ndependencies. They also provide the possibility to configure\nthem extensively.
