  "message": "Enable sticky sessions for HTTP targets\n\nNetwork load balancers that forward to target groups registering more\nthan one target need to have sticky session enabled.\n\nThis ensures that all requests from the user during the session are sent\nto the same target.\n\nCurrently network load balancers are used across the board, so the only\navailable stickiness type is based on client IP address.
